Each project is unique, so how we handle things varies. However, below you can find a general outline of how our collaboration will look like. Let us know how we can help, and we will find a way!

The offer

We will pick a location from our database or scout completely new locations for your project, and send them your way. The rates for our work are set individually for each project, so we will get that to you at the same time. Feel free to ask for pricing ahead of time! We will be happy to discuss the options with you so that you can make an informed decision at your own phase.

Arranging the Details

Rates will be determined on an individual basis. The fee depends on various parameters, for example, on the size of the crew, the duration of the booking, the type of location, and more.

Finalizing

After accepting the terms, you can leave the rest to us! We will take care of the formal issues and guide you through the entire process.

Did you add your property to our database already? If not, information on how to do it can be found here. What if you've already done it? What happens to your location after submitting? Here are some helpful information!


After you submit your property to our database using the free contact form above, we will analyze it and if needed, contact you for more info. If everything looks good, we will automatically add it to our database, and contact you when someone becomes interested in booking your location. 

It all depends on whether someone is currently looking for a location like yours. Sometimes, it may take a few weeks or a few months, but we might even contact you the very next day to book your location!

Great! Someone became interested in your location, now you want to know what happens next. First, the price for the booking and the filming date will be determined. The fee will be negotiated on an individual basis. The rates and dates must be accepted by both sides. We will consult you with everything and the final decision will be yours. The next step is to get familiar with the details of our collaboration and to sign the agreement with the previously negotiated terms.

After everything is coordinated and planned for, you are waiting for a film crew at your location. Depending on the specifics of the project, there may several dozens of people involved. Remember that in accordance with the signed agreement, it will be the responsibility of the film crew to restore the location to the state they found it, so it is best to check that everything looks the same as before after the recordings are finished. You are allowed to oversee everything during the shoot, but you should fully respect the work of the crew, and do not interfere with the shooting in progress.
